Looking for great ways to make cheap and easy recipes? My husband and I love beans but sometimes I forget to incorporate them into our dinners. Did you know that beans are low in fat and cholesterol free? They are also high in fiber and also used to replace meat. Buying beans in place of meat is a great substitute. It will save you money on your grocery bill and yet you will still get a healthy meal. There are many recipes with beans (baked beans, black beans, chili to name a few!)
